I am a Professional Life Coach, PCC-ICF, and a partner in a comprehensive behavioral health practice based in the Cayman Islands. As a life coach, I support clients who want to create positive change in their lives by assisting them to develop powerful action and strategy plans. Before I became I coach, I worked for many years in corporate sales, sales management, and marketing. The common thread in my career has always been helping others to reach their full potential.

I work with professionals, business owners, leaders and executives to help them achieve their goals. Areas of interest for many of my clients include career transition, time management, life balance, self-prioritization, self-confidence building, leadership development, and self-empowerment. Services include individual coaching, group coaching, and workshops.

I am a graduate of CoachU, and I’m certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

We often resolve to improve our lives in one way or another, but find that resolutions can be tough to stick with.
